The negotiations took place in Kyiv on April 14, 2026, within the framework of the annual FIABCI-Ukraine meeting.

FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) is an international professional organization in the field of real estate, founded in 1951, which unites developers, investors, architects, appraisers and consultants from over 60 countries. The organization forms global standards for the real estate market and acts as a platform for the exchange of experience and the development of international partnerships.

The focus of the discussion is the integration of the Ukrainian design market into the international professional environment, the introduction of unified standards in the field of development and design, as well as the participation of Ukrainian specialists in global industry initiatives. The head of FIABCI-Ukraine Alisa Bankovska also participated in the meeting.

As a result, a memorandum of cooperation was signed, which provides for the development of partnership between the NSPS and FIABCI, the exchange of professional experience, participation in joint events, and the formation of joint approaches to improving the quality of project activities.

“Cooperation with FIABCI is a practical step towards integrating the Ukrainian design market into the global professional environment. We are forming an approach in which quality, transparency, and responsibility become basic standards for all market participants,” noted Viktor Leshchynsky.

According to him, the signed memorandum creates the basis for practical interaction and implementation of joint initiatives in the professional sphere.

Antonio Campagnoli emphasized: “Ukraine has significant potential in the field of development and design. Cooperation with the NSPS opens up opportunities for the exchange of experience and the implementation of international practices that will contribute to the development of the industry.”

The concluded memorandum lays the foundation for systematic interaction and strengthening the positions of Ukrainian specialists in the international professional environment.
