General block

Organizational issues
- Updating the conceptual foundations of the Union, its bodies and officials;
- Activation of interaction between construction market entities, coordination of their relations with the state;
- Organization of the Union’s representative offices in the regions, organization and direction of their activities.
Legislative block
- Active participation in the development of draft legislative and regulatory acts on the construction market;
- Ensuring that the interests of the Union’s members are taken into account and protected through legislative activities.
Regulatory unit
- Conducting an analysis of the financial condition of the construction industry, assessing and identifying the main trends in the construction and housing markets;
- Establishing the process of certifying the quality of goods, works and services in the construction industry;
- Active participation in the formation of the principles of professional training for industry specialists;
- Study, generalization and dissemination of foreign experience in the construction sector;
- Expertise of regulatory legal acts, investment projects and other documents in the construction industry;
- Monitoring compliance by construction market participants with qualification requirements, professional activity standards, and the code of professional ethics of members of the Union.
Projects
- Active participation in ensuring Ukraine’s integration into the European regulatory field (adaptation of existing regulations to European ones, development and implementation);
- Certification of experts, implementation of quality management systems among expert organizations, raising standards for the provision of expert services in the industry;
- Updating the environmental aspects of the examination of construction projects. Environmental examination;
- Updating energy saving aspects in the examination of construction projects;
- Creation of digital products designed to optimize business processes in construction management in the following areas: design, construction, expert, technical supervision, certification, operation and maintenance.
Goals
- To create a strong, effective and successful organization built on the principles of sustainable development and leadership;
- To represent and protect the interests of Ukrainian builders;
- Ensure the formation of a positive image and prestige of the construction profession in society;
- Have developed representative offices in all regions of Ukraine;
- To strive for the volume of works, services, and goods generated by members of the Union to be at least 30% of the industry-wide volume;
- Take an active part in improving legislation regulating the construction sector.
