President of the NSPS Viktor Leshchynskyi took part in the second regional working meeting of the NSPS with representatives of project enterprises and organizations, which took place on January 30 in Zhytomyr at the Zhytomyr branch of the SE “NIIPROEKTREKONSTRUKTSIYA”
After Dnipro, Zhytomyr became the next point for a professional conversation about the state of the project market.
This format confirms that the request for professional dialogue and joint solutions is systemic, not local.
The following participated in the work:
- representatives of the Zhytomyr branch of the State Enterprise “NIIPROEKTREKONSTRUKTSIYA” – Director Oleksandr Pavlenko and Deputy Director Iryna Vasylkivska;
- LLC “PROSPECT-PROJECT” – chief engineer Dmitry Venglovsky and chief designer Igor Prysiazhnyuk;
- LLC “TOWN PLANNING” – Oleksiy Pustovit;
- LLC “BASIS” – Vitaliy Radchenko;
- LLC “LEXSTATUS GROUP” – Iryna Agafonova;
- MPP “ENERGY” – Oksana Pyatnytska.
They discussed specific issues that project organizations in the regions face daily: the quality of project documentation, the responsibility of contractors, approaches to pricing, and the limits of acceptable professional compromises.
We focused separately on self-regulation – not as a formal construct, but as a tool that allows the professional community to independently raise work standards and the level of trust in the result.
In the near future, similar NSPS meetings will be held in other regions of the country.
