On April 19, 2026, in Warsaw, Oleksandr Pietushkov, Director of International Cooperation and Development of NSPS, held a working meeting with Dmytro Torianyk, Head of Channel & Solutions Engineering specializing in CAD/BIM, Digital Twin & AR/IoT and scaling partner networks and enterprise implementations.

The meeting took place as part of a working visit to Poland, Estonia and Finland (April 19–24, 2026).

The parties focused on digitizing the construction and design lifecycle, transitioning from static BIM models to ‘living’ digital twins, deploying augmented reality and geo-referenced tools directly on construction sites, and the role of partner ecosystems.

Additional topics included forest inventory applications using LiDAR, 3D modelling and the potential of 4D technologies in agriculture. As a result of the meeting, practical cooperation was launched across all identified areas.

Key discussion topics:

  • BIM → Digital Twin: transition from static models to ‘living’ systems that monitor and predict an object’s state throughout its lifecycle
  • AR and geo-referencing directly on construction sites for coordination, safety and execution monitoring
  • IoT and digital monitoring: data-driven asset and infrastructure management
  • LiDAR and forest inventory: 3D modelling and spatial analytics for natural resources and territorial planning
  • 4D technologies in agriculture — extending BIM applications beyond conventional construction
  • Partner ecosystems for scaling digital solutions across corporate and infrastructure environments

Meeting outcomes:

Launch of practical cooperation

  • Practical cooperation launched across BIM, digital twin, AR/IoT, digital monitoring and data-driven management

Pilot initiatives

  • Identified prospects for jointly advancing digital approaches through professional partnerships and pilot projects

Dissemination of practices

  • Spreading modern digital practices among Ukrainian architects, designers, experts, municipalities and clients
