On April 21, 2026, in Tallinn, Oleksandr Pietushkov, Director of International Cooperation and Development of NSPS, met with Anu-Mall Naarits, Director of Visionest Institute

The meeting also involved representatives of Ukrainian companies working on business expansion through export markets and on attracting international programmes in reconstruction and energy efficiency.

Visionest Institute has operated in Ukraine since 2017, implementing over 10 national training and advisory projects and reaching more than 5,000 business community members, with a particular focus on building the export capacity of Ukrainian SMEs and preparing them for international cooperation and participation in Ukraine’s recovery.

In Zhytomyr Oblast, Visionest is implementing the Unite for Trade programme — in cooperation with the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development and the Honorary Consulate of Estonia in Zhytomyr, funded by ESTDEV — covering approximately 100 companies across 5 sectors.

Visionest also implemented the broader Ukraine Rebuilding Task Force initiative, through which participants from across Ukraine developed international project concepts for reconstruction together with foreign mentors.
